Directions

BY CAR: From the North/ West or South/ East take the M5 southbound towards Exeter. After Exeter join the A30 for 80 miles, then turn right onto the A3285 to Goonhavern. At Goonhavern take a left followed by a right at the double roundabout to stay on the A3285 to Perranporth. At the mini roundabout in Perranporth take the second exit onto St. Pirans Road, pass the shops and turn right (A3285) onto Beach Road. Follow the road towards the sea, pass the car park, turn up the hill and Cliff Road is the first road on the left on the bend in the road. As the lane leading up to the cottage is narrow and difficult to turn in it is best to reverse up Cliff Road, stop briefly to unload, and then back into the garage. Cliff House is above a white wall, the garage has a blue door.

 Parking

The cottage comes with one parking space in the garage, for alternative parking Wheal Leisure car park behind the high street is only a few minutes walk from the cottage.  Cliff Road is a single track private road, it is easier to reverse up the lane and into the garage as there is very little room to turn round outside the cottage, specially for longer vehicles. Please do not park in the lane.  Keys for the garage will be with the house key, please remove the key from the garage door after unlocking it and before raising the door, otherwise the key can get broken off or stuck in the lock!
